The Global Implementation Science Lab currently works in China, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, made possible through cooperation with the following organizations and agencies.

Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka is the Central Government Ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for health. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on health, nutrition, indigenous medicine and other subjects which come under its purview. Their mission is to contribute to social and economic development of Sri Lanka by achieving the highest attainable health status through promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services of high quality made available and accessible to people of Sri Lanka.

International Care Ministries (ICM) is a large Non-Governmental Organization that has been operating in the Philippines since 1993. Through years of work in local communities and the health sector, ICM has extensive community networks for health education and poverty reduction reaching over 3 million people. The organization’s flagship program is a 15-week community-based poverty alleviation program which reaches approximately 75,000 households annually.

The mandate of the Global TB Programme is to advance universal access to TB prevention, care and control through stakeholder engagement, innovation and the development of evidence-based policy. Under the WHO END TB Strategy, the Global TB Programme plays a key role in knowledge translation, advocacy, health system financing, and shaping the TB research agenda. Jointly with the six WHO regional offices, and country offices, it provides technical support to Member States to monitor the global TB situation, promotes standards of care, and builds partnerships for TB action.

China National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention is a governmental and national-level technical organization specialized on disease control and prevention and public health. Its mission is to create a safe and healthy environment, maintain social stability, ensure national security and promote the health of people through prevention and control of disease, injury and disability. Devoted itself to disease control and prevention, it sticks to relying on scientific research and values talent as fundamental element.

Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health is the nation’s leading and world-class clinical diagnosis and treatment center for respiratory problems and critical diseases, clinical and basic research centers for respiratory disease prevention, teaching and talent training centers for respiratory disease prevention, and research results on respiratory disease prevention and treatment. Under the leadership of Academician Zhong Nanshan, the leading research institute, the Institute adheres to the close combination of basic research and clinical medicine, and constantly develops and innovates.

School of Public Health, Shandong University is an indispensable national training base for talents in the field of preventive medicine and public health. The school has been constantly strengthening international cooperation and has established stable partnership with dozens of public health education and research institutions in the over ten countries and regions such as U.S., Britain, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Germany.

Association for Social Development is a Pakistan-based non-profit, non-government organization involved in health systems research, development and implementation support, in areas of communicable and non-communicable diseases and maternal and child health.
